For ‘J-Junior’ (Class 6 to class 8 students of Bengali Medium/ English Version)

1 Short Story Writing Students will be given the first few lines of the stories one day earlier, and they have to complete the story within 24 hours. The best three stories will publish in the ‘English Matters’ Magazine. This whole segment will be online.
2 Wall Magazine (Group of three) Based on the theme of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Students will be asked to combine pictures and texts. This may include anecdotes, short poems, sayings, proverbs, and quotations, among others. Students will give an online presentation of 3 minutes on their Wall Magazines in front of the adjudicators and might be asked questions on their magazines.
3 Debate (Group) The topic will be released one day earlier prior to the debate; students will form a group of three people. All the participants must turn their cameras on during the competition. A strong internet connection is mandatory.
4 Impromptu Speech Participants will be given a topic on the spot for 5 minutes of preparation time. Then they’ll deliver the speech in the next 3 minutes. All the participants must turn their cameras on during the competition. Strong internet connection is mandatory.
5 Hand Writing Students will be given a text. Students will write the text and take a picture of their handwriting. Then will also upload the writing to the given link. All the participants must turn their cameras on during the competition.
6 Role Play Characters and the context will be given to the participants one day earlier. It will be an online solo performance with dialogues according to the characters. Students will get one day to prepare themself. Participants must know how to play characters irrespective of gender. Strong internet connection is mandatory.


For Secondary students - (O Level Students of English Medium/ Class 9 and Class 10 students of Bengali Medium/ English Version)
